Refund policy


Floral Returns

No Refunds/Exchanges:

Because of the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at with details and photos of the product, the box and the defect within 4 days of arrival. Once it has been approved by the Rebel Gyp, we will send you the return address.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.



Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping for all returns must be prepaid and insured by the customer via a trackable method. You are responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item and are not responsible for any missing packages. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a shop credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received the credit will be issued.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

*occasionally specific dried and preserved florals may not be available after an order has been placed for reasons out of our control (a farm having a poor crop or other issues). If this should happen we will substitute with your permission to the next closest item or refund for that portion of the order.*
